The Turramurra chamber aims to create a sense of community among local businesses and encourage participation in meetings and social events.
Chamber of Commerce meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and everyone is welcome. Phone 0404 213155 for details or email us.
At all our meetings we discuss ways to improve, promote and support our businesses and the Turramurra community. This is a great opportunity to get together with other business owners and operators.
Statement of Purpose:
The Turramurra Chamber of Commerce represents its members in order to promote and enhance our community through better business, social, cultural, and educational programs.
Mission:
To Improve the Turramurra business and commercial environment with enhanced community infrastructure.
Goals:
- Develop a cohesive working relationship with Local Government and other key organizations
- Provide increased value to members
- Grow membership outside of traditional areas
- Organize quality community events and initiatives
- Be an apolitical advocate allowing members’ rights and issues to be heard in appropriate forums.

What is a Chamber of Commerce?
The Turramurra Chamber of Commerce (TCC) is a not for profit, incorporated association of businesses who constitute its membership. It provides facilities to inform, advocate and promote its members through publications (web-site) events and activities. All profits gained through activities are utilised to provide benefits for it’s members and the community.
Who can be a member?
A full member must be a business that is registered or operates within the Turramurra Local Government Area. Each full member has voting rights. In the event that a business is sold, the business remains a member but the voting representative does not.
All Partners, Management and Employees are non-voting representatives of the member and are entitled to the benefits of the TCC full membership.
Why Join?
The TCC prides itself in being an active chamber and is constantly developing new ways in which to promote the business interests of its members both to local Government and to the residents of Turramurra.

Promotion:
The TCC provides access, opportunities and facilities for each member to promote their business to it’s members and the business community at large. These range from numerous events held during the year for networking, free and subsidised advertising in TCC publications and through sponsorship opportunities. All members have access to the TCC membership database (conditions apply)
Avocation:
All members have access to the TCC representing or lobbying on their behalf on business related issues to all levels of government, landlords and tribunals.
Information:
The TCC constantly provides it’s members with up-to-date business information through our website and special email announcements to members. Members also have access to all information provided by the NSW State Chamber of Commerce.
